From January to February, the Chef invites you to the heart of the black truffle. The truffle is weighed and shaved in front of you, to sublime the flavours of your chosen dish.

Two shops, two atmospheres , united by a single passion: the excellence.
On the coffee side, exceptional crusand exclusive blends roasted in Paris, available in beans, ground or capsules.
On the chocolate side, (re)discover the Manufacture's essentials: bars, candies, spreads or crunchy bars to take everywhere!
Located a few steps from the church of Saint-Eustache, under La Canopée, the boutiques are open every day of the week from 9.30am to 7.30pm for Le Café and from 11am to 7.30pm for Le Chocolat.
Champeaux brewery terrace is the spot not to be missed this summer! Perfect for a sunny break or under the shadows of the parasols, This place offers a unique view on St Eustache Church and the Nelson Mandela garden.
A real place to live and a place for all desires, The Champeaux terrrace is the ideal destination for a relaxing break.
To drink and enjoy on the menu: a glass of rosé, a signature cocktail or à cold beer accompanied by a plate of cold meats or cheese for the most gourmands.
The terrace welcomes you until the end of September.
From April to May, the chocolate of our Manufacture is highlighted. For the occasion Champeaux offers it in the form of a delicious Soufflé. The smoothness and delicacy of chocolate combined with the lightness and finesse of the soufflé. You could call it the perfect dessert, right?

Our Lobster on the Go, the summer's flagship dish, crossed the Atlantic to join us at Champeaux's menu!
A fresh lobster roll topped with lobster, mango and citrus zest, all in a deliciously brioched-style bread. Served with coleslaw, we really love it!
