I suggest a new and lighter version of the classics. Less fat, starch, sugar and more vegetables, more condiments and spicy sauces.

For the regular customer’s greatest delight, daily specials, all issued from historic brasserie fare will be on offer: Traditional veal blanquette or Vol-au-vent. Behind the vast bay windows letting in a plunging light, the afternoons are easy going at Champeaux. You can enjoy the magical vue under the Canopée or on the Church Saint-Eustache. A tasty program, on the savoury side - The Scottish smoked salmon, tangy cream or the Charolais beef tartar well seasoned - and on a sweet note, the Paris-Les Halles, the Rum savarin or the Liégeois brothers...

Mixology is at the heart of Champeaux. The chef Barman Olivier Zibi has created a cocktail menu with names evoking the neighbourhood's history such as 'La Halles des Halles' or 'Le Ventre de Paris'. Also, a complete selection of whiskeys and beers are suggested, with some beers from Paris Deck & Donohue Indigo IPA brewed in Montreuil. For saké amateurs, it is possible to taste Alain Ducasse's.
